Our story

mttn was founded and is led by Hrag, out of Livonia, Michigan. The company is built around a simple idea: most businesses don’t need more software for its own sake. They need the manual, repetitive, error-prone parts of the operation turned into systems that run themselves, so people can spend their time on the parts that actually need a person.

What “digital systems studio” means

It’s a specific claim, not just a name. We don’t hand off a project and disappear. We design the system, build it, and keep running it, the same way we run TruSKU, Document Genie, and QA Assist in production today. If we’re not willing to run something ourselves, we don’t ask a client to either.

What we believe

• We’ll tell you when AI isn’t the answer. Sometimes the fix is a cleaner data pipeline or a small internal tool, not a model.
• We build for manufacturers, distributors, and sales-driven businesses working through manual work and tribal knowledge.
• We run what we build. TruSKU, Document Genie, and QA Assist aren’t demos. They’re in production, and we host them, maintain them, and keep improving them.
• We run our own models on our own hardware in Michigan, not a public AI cloud, and we help clients set up their own local AI.

Built by people who think in systems.

Hrag — Founder & Lead Engineer. Head if-statement writer. Designs the system, writes the hard parts, and runs the servers the models live on. Known around here as the computer whisperer.

Hampy — Data. Data translator. Speaks fluent English, Armenian, and Spreadsheet. Turns messy data into decisions and makes dashboards people actually open.

Christina — UI/UX Design. Pixel poet. Designs the flow, then the vibe. Makes complex interfaces feel obvious and brands feel alive.

Doshes — Media & Multimedia. Multimedia magician. Video, audio, and the AI Spokesperson pipeline. If it needs a beat, a hook, or main-character energy, Doshes is on it.

Johnny — Sales. Deal hunter. Your first call is probably with Johnny. Turns strangers into clients and keeps them happy like it’s a sport.

Joe — Junior Developer. Bug-finder-in-training. Runs toward the weird errors everyone else avoids and turns “it’s broken” into “it’s fixed.”

Romy — Accounting. Budget guardian. Keeps the numbers calm and the books clean. Blocks Hrag from buying just one more GPU.
