Example

The following is a plausible example to illustrate the work, not a real client engagement. A distributor’s back office receives scanned purchase orders by fax and email all day. Someone manually rotates, cleans up, and re-keys each one before it reaches the order system. An intake agent takes the first pass: it straightens and cleans the scan, pulls the fields the order system needs, and flags anything it isn’t confident about for a human to check. The manual prep work goes away. Downstream errors, the kind that come from a tired person retyping the same fields for the two-hundredth time that day, drop with it.

Does our data leave our building?

By default it runs on our own hardware in Michigan, not a public AI cloud. If it must stay on-site, we can set it up on your own machines. We run our own models on our own hardware, and we help clients set up their own local AI.

We’re not a tech company. Is this for us?

That’s most of our clients. You know the process. We handle the systems.

What if AI isn’t the right answer?

We’ll say so. Often the fix is a cleaner data pipeline or a small internal tool, and we build those too.
