mttn is a digital systems studio in Livonia, Michigan that designs interfaces for manufacturers, distributors, and sales teams. Good design isn’t the icing. It’s the reason people actually use the tool you built them.

A lot of internal software gets built, then avoided, because it’s technically correct and practically painful to use. We design the flow first: what a person is trying to do, in what order, with the fewest steps between them and done. The visual layer comes after, and it’s built to hold up as the product grows, not just look good in a first demo.

3. Build and integrate. We fit the design system into the product your team is already shipping.
4. Run and improve. We host and maintain what we build. We keep watching how it’s used and tuning it after launch.

An order-entry screen takes ten steps and a printed cheat sheet to use correctly, so new hires lean on a teammate for the first month.
